SAIOP
Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program
Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) means structured individual and group addiction activities and services that are provided at an outpatient program designed to assist adult and adolescent consumers to begin recovery and learn skills for recovery maintenance.
The program is offered at least 3 hours a day, at least 3 days a week with no more than 2 consecutive days between offered services, and distinguishes between those individuals needing no more than 19 hours of structured services per week ( ASAM Level II.1)
DWI
LILYCO SERVICES IS A NC STATE APPROVED DWI FACILITY
When you are arrested for a DWI, your driver’s license is taken away. In most cases
you are not allowed to drive until you get them back (30 days). In some cases you
might be eligible for limited driving privileges sooner than that:
● If this is your (1st) offense, and
● If you have an assessment within 10 days after your arrest, and
● If you sign up for the recommended program right away
Talk to your attorney to find out if you qualify for a limited driving privilege
If you are convicted, your license is taken away. To get your license back, you will
need to have an assessment in which the assessment will provide the recommendation education or treatment.
